- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled service will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the service cost.
- No-shows will be charged the full amount of the booked service.
5.2 Products
- Products can be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, provided they are in their original condition and packaging.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned product.
