Terms & Conditions

Training Methods
  • Whispering Peaks Dog Training use balanced methods meaning, both reinforcement as well as minimal corrections. Slip leads (used correctly), head halters and water sprays are accepted. However, chain leads, shouting, forcing or frightening dogs, are not permitted in class. Students using aversive methods or devices may be asked to leave the class.

If you are uncertain if balanced training methods are for you, you are welcome to watch a class prior to booking. Visitors are always welcome!

Guarantee

I guarantee that all of my training plans are customisable to suit you and your dog. I also guarantee that I will provide you with continuous support throughout your dog's life.

Let’s face it, no two dogs are the same and your dog's behaviour can change multiple times throughout their life. Dogs (and humans) also learn differently and at different speeds. This is why I do not guarantee results. Not to mention, that at the end of the day, the results are highly dependant on your time, patience and consistency that YOU put into training your dog while following my methods.

Continual support throughout your dog's life can involve anything from free phone, email or video call advice, to further sessions or programs, at a cost.
