Service Description

At Whispering Peaks, we understand that busy schedules and long distances can make it difficult to attend dog training sessions in person. That’s why we offer virtual debrief sessions that can be conducted over the phone or via video link. During these sessions, we’ll discuss your dog’s progress, answer any questions you have, and provide feedback on your training techniques. These sessions are the perfect addition to face-to-face training or a great alternative if distance is an issue.

Cancellation Policy

* If you change your mind or wish to change programs or dates, I must receive written notification four full working days prior to course commencement. * Rescheduling or cancellation of private sessions, 2 hours' notice must be given, or a 25% fee may be charged. * Refunds will not be provided once group classes/programs have commenced.  * Rescheduling of sessions is accepted within the 2-hour notice, in the instance of bad weather or your or your dog's illness at no charge. * IMPORTANT: Programs have a one-year expiration date from the final payment. * In the instance of payment plans for any of our services, sessions/classes won't begin until full payment is made.  * Transfer of the remaining program will be accepted in the instance of the sudden/unexpected death of the dog. * I reserve the right to reschedule a session (private or group) at any time.
