Service Description

Schedule a free assessment with Whispering Peaks to see how we can help with your furry friend's behaviour. During this session, we'll observe your dog's behaviour, discuss our services, and work with your budget to create a training plan that suits your needs.

Cancellation Policy

* If you change your mind or wish to change programs or dates, I must receive written notification four full working days prior to course commencement. * Rescheduling or cancellation of private sessions, 2 hours' notice must be given, or a 25% fee may be charged. * Refunds will not be provided once group classes/programs have commenced.  * Rescheduling of sessions is accepted within the 2-hour notice, in the instance of bad weather or your or your dog's illness at no charge. * IMPORTANT: Programs have a one-year expiration date from the final payment. * In the instance of payment plans for any of our services, sessions/classes won't begin until full payment is made.  * Transfer of the remaining program will be accepted in the instance of the sudden/unexpected death of the dog. * I reserve the right to reschedule a session (private or group) at any time.
